1. Who we are

RevConnex Solutions ("RevConnex", "we", "us") is a compliance-led healthcare operations partner. We provide managed services (MSO), revenue cycle management (RCM), and U.S.-trained medical staffing and virtual assistants to healthcare organizations and agencies. We are headquartered in the Philippines and serve clients primarily in the United States.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website (www.revconnexsolutions.com) — for example, when you request a discovery call.

It does not cover client data we process under contract. When we perform services for a healthcare organization, any information we handle on their behalf — including any protected health information (PHI) — is governed by our service agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that client, not by this website policy. In that context the client is the data controller and we act on their instructions.

3. What we collect

We collect only two things:

What you type into our form. When you request a discovery call, we collect your name, work email address, organization, organization type, your message describing your bottleneck, and your preferred time to be contacted.
Standard web server records. Our web server records ordinary technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp — which is used to keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this website.

4. What we don't do

We think this is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual:

No cookies. This website does not set cookies.
No analytics or tracking. There are no advertising pixels, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers profiling your visit.
No third-party fonts or embeds. Our fonts and images are served directly by us, so simply reading this site does not report you to anyone else.
No selling or renting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never have and we do not intend to.
No marketing lists you didn't ask for. Contacting us about our services does not subscribe you to anything.

5. Why we use your information

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you — to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold a discovery call, and provide information about our services. If you go on to become a client, that information becomes part of our ordinary business records for the engagement.

We rely on your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping records of them.

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers that make our business run, and only to the extent they need it:

Web3Forms — processes the submission of our contact form and delivers it to our inbox.
Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — hosts our business email, where your enquiry lands.
Amazon Web Services — hosts the server that runs this website.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Please don't send patient information

This form is for business enquiries only. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient records, medical details, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

If your enquiry requires sharing that kind of information, tell us and we will establish a secure, contracted channel — with a Business Associate Agreement in place — before anything is exchanged. That is how it should work, and it is how we work.

8. Where your information is processed

Our team operates from the Philippines, and the server hosting this website is located in Singapore. Our email is provided by Microsoft and may be processed in other locations.

This means that if you contact us from the United States or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed outside your country. We apply the same care and safeguards to your information regardless of where it is handled.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiries: we keep discovery-call requests for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so we can follow up and keep a record of the conversation — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or you become a client, in which case our service agreement governs.
Server records: retained only for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@revconnexsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights:

Philippines — you have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
United States — residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) may have rights to access, delete, and correct their information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
EU / UK — where applicable, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Exercising your rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

11. How we protect it

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at RevConnex who need it to respond to you. We keep our systems patched and our access controls tight.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. But we treat your information with the same discipline we bring to our clients' operations.

12. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear.
